Louise Fresco on feeding the whole world

I really enjoyed this TED Talk.  The success of agriculture over the last century or two is amazing.  It wasn’t that long ago that over 70% of the world’s population were farmers.   Now 2% of Canada’s population is involved in farming.  The vast majority of Canadians are putting their trust for their daily food in a tiny fraction of the population.  Most of us don’t worry about getting enough food to live – we worry about eating too much food or eating the “right" kind of food.   It’s amazing.
