Mine doesn’t even have a port for a cable to attach to – so I think if I’m going to do much of this, I’ll need a new GPS. =)

I suspect most GPSes could get the coordinates into Google Earth for you – it’s more of a software than a hardware thing. If you let me know what kind of GPS you have, I could do some digging around for you.

Very cool – makes me want to get a Garmin. I’ve got an old GPS and have manually entered the coordinates into Google Earth.
