A lot of the farms and livestock operations I deal with involve families working together. There are a lot of important things discussed in this webinar. Mixing business and family can be a tricky proposition. The first part discusses if you should be going into business with your family. The middle part covers some day-to-day considerations when you’re in business with family. The last part talks about the importance of succession planning. There are a lot of good points covered here. A lot of family businesses would run much smoother if these stupid things are avoided. Be as smart in mixing family and business as you are in business!
